These little nuggets of goodness starting with the gourmet mac to the left was a creamy savory mac with fresh mushroom accents. Next moving right along to the, you guessed it, right, is a jumbo shrimp cocktail (sauce on the bottom) with a greenery garnish, fresh and delicious! The cheese is brie which I ended up putting on french bread with fig spread, yes fig spread. I highly recommend the combo as the flavors unexpectedly marry well together.
Saving the best for last! A slice of tender pork chop over mango curry chutney to die for! Needless to say I had a second helping of this one! Mmm I'd go back to the Hyatt on Park just for the club lounge and how down.
